This patch fixes two problems in NFS. 

1) When starting/stopping nfs, nfs was not checking for NFS daemons running.
   a) For 'nfs start' it was starting additional daemons since they were
      not being checked. 
   b) For 'nfs stop' it was not checking if multiple NFS daemons were running
      and didn't stop all of the daemons.

2) rpc.pcnfsd was causing core dumps when receiving a SIGTERM signal.
