PROBLEM: (DJOB31602, DJOB40094) (Patch ID: OSF435-168) ******** This patch fixes the following problems in the ATM subsystem: o Creation of multiple ATM ELANS. This problem occurs if the switch is hit too fast on reboot and not all ELANs would come up. o Duplicate PPA registrations to the CMM. This problem occurs because the APEX switch responds too slow to the address register which then causes the ILMI to register the same PPA twice to the CMM. o ATM ELAN fails to come up after the APEX switch is rebooted. This problem occurs because the APEX switch responds too slow to GETNEXT address. This then causes a timeout resulting in a cold start trap.
