This patch corrects a problem with binmail which was resulting in partial
delivery of mail messages when account quota or disk capacity was reached.
The next mail message sent to the user (assuming the quota or capacity
problem had been corrected and the partially-delivered message has not been
deleted) would seemingly disappear, having been logically appended to the
previous, partially-delivered message.
