This patch fixes a problem in which the platform support code for the
"DECEV56_PBP" DMCC platforms is incorrectly checking if scatter gather
is needed in the dma_map_load() routine. This causes a failure when
calling dma_map_load() in a device driver and requesting contiguous
memory by ORing DMA_CONTIG into the flags.
