  The da_DK.ISO8859-1 (ISO Latin-1) locale for the Danish language
  specifies names of eight months in all lowercase letters but names of
 four months (August, September, November, and December) in mixed
  case. This patch changes the locale to use all lowercase month names
  in keeping with Danish convention.
