This patch provides support in the Common Desktop Environment for the 
Euro currency symbol using the UTF-8 Unicode locale.  This is done by 
adding additional locale resources to the dtlogin resources to identify
the new UTF-8 locales.

This adds the ISO8859-15 functionality to the main Xresource file on the
system and to the specific dtlogin resource file.  With these changes, X
applications to have ISO8859-15 locale support integrated directly into the

"Catalan (ISO8859-15)" is missing from the language
list available from the login screen.  The omission of
this item prevents the user from selecting a Latin-9
locale for Catalan, even though this locale is available
on the system.  Latin-9 is similar to Latin-1, with the
addition of the euro character, which may
be required for European monetary data.  This patch
adds the Catalan Latin-9 option to the login
screen's language list.
