	This patch provides the support needed for the Developer's Toolkit
	Update Kit.

	Installing this patch is required before the Developer's Toolkit 
	Update Kit can be installed on a V4.0D system.  This patch contains 
	a new Atom driver which allows the standard version of Atom and the 
	Developer's Toolkit Update Kit version of Atom to be present on the 
	system at the same time.  If the Developer's Toolkit Update Kit is 
	installed on a system, the new driver will execute the Update Kit's 
	version of Atom, unless the "-nodtk" option is specified.
