This patch provides shared-interrupt capabilities to the ATM 350 driver.  This
patch allows ATM 350 hardware to be used with AlphaStation 200/400 and similar
series that utilize the 82378IB (SIO) PCI/ISA Bridge subsystem.

How to recognize this problem: If you have an ATM 350 card and plan to upgrade
to Digital Unix version 4.0D you may need to install this driver if you see any
of the following symptoms at bootup.

   ltaregister: couldn't register unit 0
   shared_intr_add: attempt to share non-sharable interrupts, index 0x5
   tu0: interrrupt handler add failed
