A potential security vulnerability has been discovered with the sendmail
command, where under certain circumstances, users may gain unauthorized
access. Digital has corrected this potential vulnerability.

This patch fixes a problem with the sendmail program.  Sendmail would dump
core and not process any more jobs in the queue when it encountered control
characters in a qf file.
