On systems running enhanced security, if a customer's application calls the
auth_for_terminal() routine when the v_users keyword has been specified for
a device in the device assignment database (/etc/auth/system/devassign)
specifying the users that are permitted to login on that device, and a user
who is not on the v_users list attempts to login on that device, the
customer's application will fail with a segmentation fault.

On a system using enhanced security, login attempts at a graphics console can
fail, giving the message "Terminal is disabled -- see Account Administrator."
This failure persists even after using dxaccounts or edauth to clear the
t_failures entry for the display in the terminal control database.
