This patch fixes a problem where the imc_init command would sometimes hang when 
booting a member of a TruCLuster MEMORY CHANNEL Software Cluster. This problem 
was also seen on TruCluster Production Servers where the MEMORY CHANNEL API has 
been enabled (IMC_AUTO_INIT="1").  Once a system hung, a reboot of the same 
system would continue to hang, thus requiring a reboot of all cluster members.
