Fixed the problem of mail failing where a distribution list on the "TO:" or
"Cc:" line is very long or more than 1024 characters.  The typical error

This patch fixes a problem with the sendmail command.  If the user sending
mail makes an error entering the address of the person he/she is sending
mail to, he/she will receive a mail message that contains both the text of
his/her mail and the error messages.  The error messages do not correctly
describe the exact nature of the problem.

For example:

The "RCPT TO:" address line is entered as the user <tammy>
The "To:" address line is mistakenly entered as the user <"bozo>.

The error messages will be displayed as follows:

050 <tammy>... Connecting to  (local)...
554 <tammy>... Unbalanced '<'

A potential security vulnerability has been discovered with the sendmail
command, where under certain circumstances, users may gain unauthorized access.

This patch fixes a problem with the sendmail program.  Sendmail would dump
core and not process any more jobs in the queue when it encountered control
characters in a qf file.
