time for this ECO. Upon installation of this ECO, Release Notes
can be found in files:

        /opt/dcelocal/share/doc/DCEECO1A020_Relnotes.ps (PostScript)
        /opt/dcelocal/share/doc/DCEECO1A020_Relnotes.txt (text)

This ECO addresses the following problems:

o Several configuration-related problems have been fixed

o Fixed potential problem with registering protseqs

o Fixed potential hang of RPC applications using connection-oriented
    protocols

UNIX library implementations: hcreate(), hdestroy(), and hsearch()

o Fixed problem in CDS advertiser shutdown and CDS clerk startup

o Fixed problem that can cause DCE applications built with libaio.so
to hang during access to CDS

o Fixed access of group_override file from sec_rgy_unix_get* routines

o SIA can now be enabled/disabled without the presence of the X server.

o Fixed some XDS problems having to do with reading attributes

o Provided workaround for problem DTS was experiencing with certain
