This patch fixes a problem that occurs on AlphaServer 4100 systems
in which the kernel will build, but is not bootable.

This problem occurs when the following conditions are met:

 The system has more than 1 GB of memory.
 The sysconfigtab parameter, basic-dma-window-size, is set to less than 1024 MB.
 TruCluster (TCR) software is installed.

This patch also fixes a problem in which an AlphaServer 4100 with a PCI device
that uses dense space I/O handles will panic with the following error message:

        panic: Machine Check 670
