Bookreader hangs when displaying certain pages if the required fonts are
not available.  This problem usually occurs when redirecting Bookreader's
display to another vendor's workstation (HP or Sun).

The correct behavior which this patch implements is to display an error
message indicating that the page may not be displayed correctly because
the required fonts are not available.
