ECO KIT SUMMARY:
An ECO kit exists for POLYCENTER Manager on Netview for DEC OSF/1 AXP V3.1B.
This kit addresses the following problems:
Timestamps wrong in event history cards and historical event cards
Timestamps in event history cards and historical event cards
(event cards for events which occurred prior to bringing up
the nvevents application) did not always match local time.
When this occurred, the timestamps were usually one hour ahead.
This problem has been fixed in ECO 01 for PNV 3.1B
Closing subnet map windows caused the EUI to crash
Closing subnet map windows could sometimes cause the EUI to crash.
This problem has been fixed in ECO 01 for PNV 3.1B
Netmon crashing repeatedly on unmanaged node with bad SNMP agent.
Under certain circumstances, the SNMP access information for a
node would never get initialized, causing netmon to crash
repeatedly. When this occurred, the node causing the problem
was unmanaged, and usually the SNMP agent on the node was
passing bad SNMP data. Managing or deleting this particular
node usually resolved the problem.
This problem has been fixed in ECO 01 for PNV 3.1B
Shpmon reporting artificially high swap space value on Digital UNIX V3.*

Digital UNIX V3.*.
This problem has been fixed in ECO 01 for PNV 3.1B
/usr/OV/prg_samples/nvsnmp_app/getTable program sample would fail on
select()
The program sample, /usr/OV/prg_samples/nvsnmp_app/getTable.c,
did not initialize the I/O descriptor set before calling
OVsnmpGetRetryInfo(). This could cause getTable to fail on
select() call, under certain circumstances.
This problem has been fixed in ECO 01 for PNV 3.1B
