ECO KIT SUMMARY:

An ECO (patch) kit exists for DECmessageQ for OpenVMS VAX  V2.1.
This kit contains all fixes from previous ECO kits as well as
addressing the following problems:


        o The COM Server incorrectly marked a link as connected
          following the logging of a "Failed to load NT into TCB"
          error.

        o Any message sent cross-group to queue 999 were lost.

        o PAMS_ATTACH_Q failed with an ACCVIO when called by a
          COBOL program.


INSTALLATION NOTES:

You should shutdown all DECmessageQ groups using DECmessageQ for VMS
Version 2.1 prior to the ECO kit installation.
