ECO KIT SUMMARY:                                                       

An ECO (patch) kit exists for POLYCENTER ACCOUNTING CHARGEBACK for 
OpenVMS V1.1 on OpenVMS VAX V5.3 - V5.5-2.  This kit addresses the
following problems:

     o  When a record greater than 255 bytes is encountered in the 
        input accounting file, an error message is issued and further
        processing of the input file is stopped.  Third-party products 
        may write records in the accounting file that exceed this limit.  
        The limit has been increased to 1024 bytes.

     o  When a process purge (acr$k_prcpur) accounting record is 
        encountered, processing is terminated.

The system/cluster does not need to be rebooted after this kit is
