NOTE: An OpenVMS saveset or PCSI installation file is stored
on the Internet in a self-expanding compressed file.
The name of the compressed file will be kit_name-dcx_vaxexe
for OpenVMS VAX or kit_name-dcx_axpexe for OpenVMS Alpha.
Once the file is copied to your system, it can be expanded
by typing RUN compressed_file. The resultant file will
be the OpenVMS saveset or PCSI installation file which
can be used to install the ECO.

ECO KIT SUMMARY:
An ECO kit exists for DECnet/SNA API on OpenVMS VAX V6.2 through V7.2
and OpenVMS Alpha V6.2 through V7.2.
o Added support for the Local transport on the OpenVMS Alpha
platform
o Transmit byte count exceeds buffer length
o Isolated Pacing Response not being processed causing hang
o AST routine would not fire from SNALU0$REQUEST_DISCONNECT
o An SNALU0 application failed when calling LIB$SFREE1_DD
o An SNALU0 application would hang during a disconnect
INSTALLATION NOTES:
The system/cluster does not need to be rebooted after this kit is
installed.
The ECO kit checks to ensure that a valid license is installed before
proceeding. If one is not found, the installation aborts.
