ECO KIT SUMMARY:

An ECO kit exists for DECdocument V2.3, V3.0 on OpenVMS VAX V5.4 through
V6.2 and OpenVMS Alpha V6.1 through V6.2.  This kit addresses the
following problems: 

Problems addressed in DOCUECO01030 kit:

  o  The Document Graphics Editor components were not checking for
     DOCUMENT-USER or DOCUMENT-G licenses.  If one of these licenses
     existed, the following error message would be received:

        %LICENSE-F-NOLICENSE, no license is active for this software
        product

     This ECO corrects the licensing problem by replacing the four
     Document Graphics Editor images. The images replaced are:

        DECdocument V2.3 (OpenVMS VAX or OpenVMS Alpha)

           SYS$SYSTEM:DOC$PARSE.EXE
           SYS$SYSTEM:DOC$RAGS.EXE
           SYS$SYSTEM:DOC$VOYER.EXE

        DECdocument V3.0 (OpenVMS VAX)

           DOC$ROOT:[TOOLS]DOC$MOPS_VAX.EXE
           DOC$ROOT:[TOOLS]DOC$PARSE_VAX.EXE
