ECO KIT SUMMARY:

An ECO kit exists for ALL-IN-1 Office Server Options for OpenVMS AXP and
OpenVMS VAX Version 3.1 on OpenVMS AXP V6.1 or later and OpenVMS VAX V5.5-2
or later. The A1EM_ECO01031 Release Notes contain a complete explanation
of this release. Below is a brief description:

o Problem 1 - TeamLinks users cannot read Remote mail.

This problem only affects TeamLinks users connected to
        non-English language versions of ALL-IN-1 V3.1, and where a
remote Message Router is being used.

TeamLinks users cannot see any Mail header information of
messages from MRGATE, Ultrix Mail Connection or DECmailworks, and
therefore cannot Reply to such messages. Such messages remain in
the users INBOX folder with status UNREAD, but can be
        successfully processed by VT users.

o Problem 2 - Invalid Service Delivery messages

Certain Gateways such as Message Router / Profs (MRP) fail to
recognise Service message address report information generated by
ALL-IN-1 V3.1. This can result in the Gateway failing to deliver
        the service message.

o Problem 3 - Quote (') characters in BCC: fields causes sending mail
                   to fail

Where a user's full name contains a single quote character,
entering this name into the BCC field of the mail header form
causes an error when sending the message. The effect of the error
is that the message will not be sent to this user.

        E.g. For the user
        		  Account OTESTER
                          Given name Mister
                          Surname O'Tester

Entering OTESTER in the BCC field correctly displays the expanded
name but on sending the message the following error is displayed.

        MISTER O'TESTER ( OTESTER ) /NOSEND /NOEDIT

Addressee unknown - do you want to send a copy by PAPER MAIL?[Y/N]

The message will not arrive in the OTESTER account.

o Problem 4 - Binding a phantom data set to SUBSCRIBER does not work

Binding a phantom data set to SUBSCRIBER as indicated below does
not work after upgrading to MR V3.3A
        e.g.

        < BIND *FOO TO SUBSCRIBER
< FOR *FOO DO PROMPT .DDSID

Similarly any search of the Subscriber DSAB with no search
        criteria such as:
