Windows Blackjack - Version 2.0 Written by Robert R. Villwock --------------------------------- The Windows Blackjack program consists of 2 files: WINBJ2.EXE - This is the game's executable file. BWCC.DLL - This is Borland's dynamic-link library that allows the Blackjack program to use Borland's custom buttons. To setup Windows Blackjack to run on your PC, follow these steps: 1. Create a directory called WINBJ and then copy the program file WINBJ2.EXE into this new directory. 2. Copy BWCC.DLL to your WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. This is the standard location for most all of Window's dynamic-link libraries. If for some reason you do not have a WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory, this file can be placed in your WINDOWS directory, the WINBJ directory you created in step 1, or in any directory that you can access via your system path statement. 3. Add the program to your GAMES group. Do this by first selecting the GAMES group, and then choose FILE/NEW from program manager. A dialog box called "New Program Object" will be displayed. Make sure that you select "Program Item" and then click the OK button. The Program Item Properties dialog box will be displayed. Fill the fields with the following information and then click the OK button. Description: BlackJack Command Line: C:\WINBJ\WINBJ2.EXE Working Directory: C:\WINBJ I have released this program as shareware. If you like the program and plan on keeping it, please consider registering. Registration is only $10.00 and if you do register I'll send you the next version free of charge. You are encouraged to give this program to anyone who may want it as long as you also include this text file (WINBJ2.TXT) along with the 2 program files. I welcome any comments, complaints or suggestions. Robert R. Villwock 1800 State Street #84 South Pasadena, Ca. 91030 Compuserve ID: 72234,251
