inet_lnaof - Translate an Internet address integer into its host (local)

PARAMETERS
net_addr
Defines an Internet address in network byte order.
DESCRIPTION
The inet_lnaof() function translates an Internet network byte-ordered
address into its host (local) address component. The host address is
returned in host byte-order.
RETURN VALUES
The inet_lnaof() function returns a host byte-ordered integer that
specifies the host (local) address part of the Internet network address
integer.
ERRORS
Current industry standards for inet_lnaof() do not define error values.
