DESCRIPTION

  The SSL_SESSION_new() function creates an SSL_SESSION structure and returns
  an address of the structure. 60*5+4 is set to timeout value of a newly
  created SSL_SESSION structure.


RETURN VALUES

  Pointer to an SSL_SESSION structure
