The Message-Passing Helpers package contains tools that will help to analyze your Message-Passing applications and better optimize them to run on your SGI equipment.
Message-Passing Helpers-1.2: description + notes
The 1.2 release of Message-Passing Helpers includes:
- Perfcatcher v14
- Perfcather (version 14) is a profiling library that contains wrappers for a number of MPI functions. This can be useful for finding communication bottlenecks in your code.
- Default64 Wrappers 1.1
- Default64 Wrappers is a wrapper library for MPI that will accomodate Fortran codes that use 4- or 8-byte integers and 8-byte reals (the default for Fortran programs on Cray systems running UNICOS or UNICOS/mk).
