9595 - Ardent Tool of Capitalism
MCA Experience

In Memoriam
Louis Frederick Ohland, Jr.
22 March 1941 - 28 July 2018

Hunted until he couldn't walk. Fell down hard on 27 May 2018. Fought like hell to recover and never quit, fighting to his last breath. He worked hard, hunted hard, and died hard.

Opening day of Wisconsin 2011 Gun Deer season, the old man leapt out the front door to put something in the van. Then he slipped and fell HARD on the wet ice covering the concrete steps....

I carefully duck-walked from the side door out to the front steps where he was laying, and asked him if he wanted to go to the hospital. He said "Open the front door", I did so, he crawled by himself inside, got onto his sofa-bed, and stayed there for seven days.

On the eighth day he arose, grabbed his in-line muzzleloader, and drove himself over to the farm (hour and a half), smote an 8 point buck, and the next day, Belle worked this Tom Turkey back to him, and he dropped it.

Now if that does not qualify as manly-man, what does?
