Also known as a band-stop filter, this one passes a range of frequencies close to the resonance frequency of the LC pair (shown at the lower right, as "res.f"). The input frequency keeps changing, sweeping up and down the spectrum to demonstrate the change in response. When it gets close to the resonance frequency (40 Hz), the impedance of the LC pair decreases, keeping the output closer to ground.
