Changes since release V2.4:

- Removed loader that didn't work with 4.0d and 5.0

Known limitations:

- Does not work with Digital Unix 5.0 (works on 3.2 and 4.0*)

- Does not profile dynamically loaded images on Digital Unix 4.0d or later.

- Analysis tools cannot disassemble Alpha 21264-specific instructions.

Changes since release V2.3:

- Added support for EV6 Counters to daemon and downstream tools that
  do not require stall-level analysis, e.g., dcpiprof, dcpilist,
  dcpidis, etc.

  None of the downstream tools that perform stall-level analysis will
  work with EV6 (Alpha 21264) profiles.

- Major update to dcpi2pix to generate more accurate data.

- Added loader that should work with 4.0d and 5.0
