Hi,
we visualize a volume from a set of 2d MRI slices . We work on a O2
that don't support 3d texture mapping.
Now we want release a hybrid visualization merging volumetric and
surface information .
The surfaces must be reconstruct from a set of 2d slices (previously
segmented) that contains
the contours of many important body's parts (like tumors, bones...).
If we want reconstruct the 3d surface of one of this "objects"(a tumor
tissue f.e.) ,
must we use OpenGL with a triangulation algorithm ?
Can we use Higher-Level Geometric Primitives of Volumizer? If yes,how
can we use them ?

Thanks

Gandolfo Luca
