CAUSE ===== This behavior occurs because the Syntplpr TSR program must be running for the Synaptics TouchPad to function properly. RESOLUTION ========== Do not attempt to quit the Syntplpr TSR program when you install MSN. The Syntplpr TSR program does not interfere with the installation of MSN.
