CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if the Internet Explorer installation did not complete successfully during MSN Setup, or if the Urlmon.dll file was deleted when you uninstalled Netscape Navigator 2.0. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, reinstall Internet Explorer. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Insert the MSN CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive. Press and hold down the SHIFT key when you insert the CD-ROM to prevent the MSN Setup program from starting automatically. 2. Double-click My Computer. 3. Right-click the MSN (CD-ROM drive) icon, and then click Explore. 4. Double-click the Ie40 folder or the Ie401 folder. 5. Double-click the Ie4setup.exe file. Follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall Internet Explorer. 6. Restart the computer.
