CAUSE ===== This error message can occur for any of the following reasons: - The news message has expired and is no longer on the news server. - The news message is too large to be transferred from the news server. - Internet Mail and News is not connected to the news server. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this behavior, remove all expired or outdated headers from the local cache. To do so, use the following steps: 1. Click Start, point to Programs, and then click Internet News. 2. On the File menu, click Clean Up Files. 3. In the Local File(s) For box, click your news server, and then click Delete. 4. Click Close, and then close Internet News.
