This article describes how to review or change the credit card information
used for billing for your MSN, The Microsoft Network, account.

NOTE: If your credit card's expiration date has passed, your MSN account
is locked and you cannot connect to MSN.

To review or change the credit card information used for billing for your
MSN account, use the appropriate method for your version of MSN.

MSN 1.3
-------

1. Connect to MSN.

2. Click Tools, point to Billing, and then click Payment Method.

3. Click Payment Method.

4. Click the credit card company, and then review or change the
   information.

5. Click OK.

MSN 2.0, 2.5 (OEM Release)
--------------------------

1. Connect to MSN.

2. Click the question mark in the upper-right corner of MSN Program
   Viewer.

3. Click Check Or Change Your Account.

4. Click Online Statement.

5. In Payment Method, click your credit card company.

6. Verify that your credit card information is correct and current. Note
   that only the last six digits of your current credit card appear.

MSN 2.5

1. Click the MSN Quick View icon on the taskbar, point to Member Services,
   and then click Member Services Home Page.

      -or-

   Click Member Services on the MSN On Stage page.

2. Click Your Account, and then click Change Payment.

3. Verify that your credit card information is correct and current. Note
   that only the last six digits of your current credit card appear.

If you cannot access your MSN account, contact MSN Member Support to
reinstate the account. If you do not reinstate your account within 30
days, your e-mail account is canceled. To obtain the Member Support
phone number in your area, click Settings on the MSN Sign-In screen,
and then click Help.
