CAUSE ===== This problem can occur if you have both a Progra~1 folder and a Program Files folder on the hard disk. If this is the case, the MSN Setup program installs controls and optional components to the Progra~1\OnMSN\OCX folder instead of the Program Files\OnMSN\OCX folder. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in The Microsoft Network versions 2.0 and 2.5.
