CAUSE ===== Some components of MSN Quick View may be missing or damaged. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, use the following steps: 1. Right-click Start, and then click Open. 2. Double-click the Programs folder. 3. Double-click the Startup folder. 4. Right-click the MSN Quick View shortcut icon, and then click Delete. 5. Restart the computer. 6. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders. 7. In the Named box, type "msndc.exe" (without quotation marks), and then click Find Now. 8. In the list of found files, right-click the Msndc.exe file, and then click Delete. 9. Insert the MSN CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive, and then continue to the next step. If the Auto Insert Notification option is turned on, close the Welcome To MSN window that opens on the desktop. If you use Windows 98, insert the Windows 98 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive, click Start, click Run, type the following in the Open box, click OK, follow the instructions on the screen, and then skip the remaining steps :\Win98\Ols\Msn\Msnsetup\Msnstart.exe where is the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive. 10. Double-click My Computer. 11. Right-click the MSN (CD-ROM drive) icon, and then click Explore. 12. Double-click the Msnsetup folder. 13. Double-click the Compnts folder. 14. Double-click the Coreui.exe file. Follow the instructions on the screen, and accept all default settings. 15. Close all open windows, and then restart the computer.
