If you click Yes, you may receive the following error message: Cannot complete the upgrade. There is not enough disk space available to complete this upgrade. To free disk space, try emptying the Recycle Bin or removing unneeded files from your hard disk. If you click No, your connection to MSN is closed. CAUSE ===== The Msnver.txt file may be missing or damaged. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, replace the Msnver.txt file. To do so, use the following steps: 1. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders. 2. In the Named box, type "msnver.txt" (without quotation marks), and then click Find Now. 3. In the list of found files, right-click the Msnver.txt file, and then click Delete. 4. Close the Find: Files Named Msnver.txt window. 5. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Notepad. 6. Type "5699" (without quotation marks), and then click Save As on the File menu. 7. In the Save In box, open the C:\Program Files\The Microsoft Network folder. 8. In the File Name box, type "msnver.txt" (without quotation marks), and then click Save. 9. On the File menu, click Exit.
