CAUSE ===== In Microsoft Internet Explorer, the option to check for newer versions is not set. RESOLUTION ========== The Msn.ini file controls how the menus are built in Program Viewer. Set the option to check for newer versions of Internet pages so that new Msn.ini files are downloaded when they are available. To do so, follow these steps: 1. Start Internet Explorer. 2. On the View menu, click Options. 3. Click the Advanced tab. 4. Click the Settings button. 5. Click "Every time you start Internet Explorer" to select it. 6. Click OK until you return to Windows.
