CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if Microsoft Internet Explorer was not installed properly during MSN Setup, or if you deleted the Urlmon.dll file when you uninstalled Netscape Navigator 2.0. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, follow these steps: 1. Insert the MSN CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. Press and hold down the SHIFT key when you insert the CD-ROM to prevent the MSN Setup program from starting automatically. 2. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders. 3. In the Named box, type "msie301.exe" (without the quotation marks). If you are using MSN 2.5, type "msie302.exe" (without the quotation marks) 4. In the Look In box, click your CD-ROM drive. 5. Click Find Now. 6. In the list of found files, double-click the Msie301.exe file to reinstall Internet Explorer. If you are using MSN 2.5, double-click the Msie302.exe file to reinstall Internet Explorer.
