CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if you create a new account on a computer on which you are using an existing account. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, follow these steps: 1. Connect to MSN. 2. On the View menu, click Options. 3. Click the "Show MSN Today title on startup" check box to clear it, and then click OK. 4. Disconnect from MSN, and then reconnect. 5. On the View menu, click Options. 6. Click the "Show MSN Today title on startup" check box to select it, and then click OK. 7. Disconnect from MSN, and then reconnect.
