RESOLUTION ========== To work around this problem, follow these steps: 1. Double-click My Computer. 2. On the View menu, click Options. 3. Click the File Types tab. 4. In the Registered File Types box, click Internet Shortcut. 5. Click Edit. 6. In the Actions box, click Open, and then click Edit. 7. In the Application Used To Perform Action box, type the following text: rundll32.exe url.dll,OpenURL NOTE: If you are using Microsoft Windows 98, type the following text: rundll32.exe shdocvw.dll,OpenURL 8. Click OK or Close until you return to Windows.
