Another computer is signed in under your name. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please call Customer Service. - Either your user name or password is incorrect or your account could not be accessed. For troubleshooting information, click Help. CAUSE ===== These messages appear if you try to sign in to MSN within approximately ten minutes of being disconnected without signing out normally. When you do not sign out in the standard way, the TCP/IP connection is not broken immediately. RESOLUTION ========== Wait ten minutes and then attempt to sign in to MSN again. If either of these messages continue to appear, contact MSN Member Support.
