SUMMARY ======= By default, double-clicking The Microsoft Network icon opens MSN Central without The Microsoft Network Explorer. To open The Microsoft Network Explorer, you must click The Microsoft Network icon with the right mouse button and then click Explore on the menu that appears. You can change this behavior by editing the registry so that double-clicking The Microsoft Network icon opens The Microsoft Network Explorer.
