ACC: Unable to Change Permissions (Security) (93718)

When you try to open an object or change permissions for an account, you
may receive one of the following error messages:
You can't view this object's permissions.
-or-
No permission for <object name>.
CAUSE
Only the database creator, a member of the Admins group in the workgroup in
which the database was created, or a user with administrator permission on
a particular object has full permissions to database objects.
NOTE: The administrator permission does not exist in Microsoft Access 1.x.
RESOLUTION
Contact your database administrator. If you are the database administrator,
check to make sure you are logged in as a user who is a member of the Admins
group. If you still have the original user Admin, make sure it is a member
of the Admins group and try again.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
