Issue that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
  • You install Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 2. You try to insert a Microsoft Excel worksheet object into an HTML-formatted document in one of the programs that are listed in the "Applies to" section. When you do this, the object is not inserted. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
    Can't open the object. The server threw an exception.
