Issue that the hotfix package fixes

This hotfix package fixes the following issue that was not previously documented in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article:

Consider the following scenario. You create a drawing on a worksheet in Excel 2002. You delete the drawing, and then you delete the worksheet. When you try to paste the drawing as a picture in a different worksheet or in a different Microsoft Office program, the picture is not pasted. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
When you view the data in the error report, the report contains an error signature that resembles the following error signature.

Additionally, other program versions, module versions, and offsets are possible.
