This Support WebCast provides an overview of deployment and operations issues in Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). We will discuss how to troubleshoot some common issues and provide resources to help gather information to resolve these issues.

Jason Hoffman has been with Microsoft® supporting Server Update Services (SUS) since 2001. He has acted as the PSS beta lead for Microsoft Windows Server® Update Services (WSUS). His current role is PSS security support engineer. He is the subject matter expert lead for WSUS. He works closely with the product teams.

Michael Cook has been with Microsoft for over six years. He has supported SUS since its release. His current role is PSS security support engineer. He is a subject matter expert for WSUS. He has supported WSUS since its public beta release
