All your Groove Workspace accounts are displayed to other contacts as being online, even though you logged on to only one account.

Consider the following scenario. You have multiple accounts on a computer that is running Groove Workspace 2.x. You log on as one of those accounts. However, as soon as you do this, all the accounts are shown as being online.

This behavior occurs because Groove Workspace determines your online status by the computer instead of by the account.

Note In Groove Virtual Office 3.x, online status is determined by the account.
