SUMMARY

When you are printing more than one copy of a multiple page form letter from Microsoft Works for Windows, the "No header on 1st page" and "No footer on 1st page" selections do not work properly.

MORE INFORMATION

With "No header on 1st page" and "No footer on 1st page" selected, the first form letter prints correctly: the first page will not have a header or footer and the succeeding pages will have their respective header or footer. The second copy prints differently: all pages of the form letter have a header or footer, which is incorrect.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in versions 2.0 and 2.0a of Microsoft Works for Windows. We are researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
