SYMPTOMS

When you restore a workspace from an archive in Groove Virtual Office 3.x or in Groove Workspace 2.x, you may notice that the restored workspace is smaller than the original workspace.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because when a workspace is copied or is saved as an archive, the copy or the archive does not contain any data that was queued for delivery to other members. In a workspace that has significant activity, this may make the copy or the archive much smaller than the original workspace.
