INTRODUCTION

When you try to change the indentation of a record after you change the default sorting of items in the Outliner tool in Groove Virtual Office or in Groove Workspace, the Indent Row and Outdent Row buttons are unavailable.

When you change the default sorting of items in the Outliner tool by clicking a column header, you cannot change the indentation of a record. The Indent Row and Outdent Row buttons are unavailable when the rows have been sorted by Title, Author, or Modified date. To sort by a field, click that field's heading. To remove sorting, click the same heading again.
